Aker set to let loose on peninsula

07 Sep, 2010 01:00 AM
CONTROVERSIAL former Western Bulldog Jason Akermanis will be one of four guest speakers at the annual fund-raising Brownlow breakfast for The Peninsula School.

The 2001 Brownlow medallist, who was sensationally sacked by the Bulldogs last month, is sure to offer guests all the latest AFL finals news during the popular 'On the Couch' segment at the annual school breakfast. Coincidentally, his appearance at the breakfast coincides with the long-awaited launch of his book the same day.

The function will be held at the Frankston Arts Centre from 6.45am-9am on Friday, September 17, hosted by Channel 7's Peter Mitchell and featuring impersonator Andrew Startin, Matthew Lloyd, Bill Brownless and Anthony Koutoufides.

Tickets are $75 for adults and $50 for students and are available from The Peninsula School on 97887739.
