Red Hill's Glenn Collett rounded off a magnificent personal game on Saturday, snagging five wickets for just 31 runs to steer his side across the line against Tootgarook.
After making an unbeaten 99 in Red Hill's 230 last week, Collett bowled 19 overs for 10 maidens and 5-314. Luke Doyle claimed 3-48.
Pearcedale remains in third place on the Subbies ladder, now a game and a half clear of fourth (Rosebud), fifth (Skye) and sixth (Seaford Tigers), after knocking over the Tigers on Saturday.
Resuming at 5-29 and chasing 138 for victory, the Tigers were bowled out for 68. Justin Heysham was outstanding for the Panthers with 5-31, while Shayne Gillings collected 3-20. The home side went out to bat again, but called the game at 4-104 in its second dig.
Carrum Downs rolled Skye for 162, collecting the all-important 12 points. Defending 182, the Cougars bowlers did the job, Jayden Barker starring with the pill, taking 5-27 and Chris Moloney 2-44.
Rosebud had little trouble getting the win against Tyabb. Chasing just 112 for victory, the Buds had already notched up the win last week when they resumed at 4-120. The Buds declared on 5-209.
The Yabbies fared a little better in the second innings, finishing on 3-180.
