Schools can take their students on an excursion to Latin America, Portugal and Spain in February and March without leaving Frankston.
CUBE 37 is hosting 'Ventana Arte' - a free educational program from Tuesday, February 28 until Wednesday, March 14 from 10am-2.30pm as part of the annual Ventana Fiesta.
