Frankston Council's Splash Card to put students in jobs has attracted even more businesses for 2012.

A total of 42 firms are involved. Last year, more than 45 students were placed in local jobs as a result of the Splash Card.

Students receive alerts for local jobs, events, competitions and special offers.

Mayor Brian Cunial said: "This is a very simple concept that helps get young people into local jobs and gets more people to the city centre."
