THE Ventana Fiesta street party - celebrating Latin American, Portuguese and Spanish cultures - returns to Frankston's city centre on Saturday, March 17 in the Wells Street Plaza from noon until 8pm.
The main stage will feature dancing and music, headlined by the popular Sin Frontera and also feature performances by Reflejos and Solquema from Spain and Acequia Music from Bolivia.
