21 Feb, 2012 03:00 AM
Rosebud police have charged a 60-year-old Frankston man with producing and possessing child pornography and wilful and obscene exposure after he allegedly filmed boys getting changed at a surf festival last Saturday week.

Detective Senior Constable Deb Seymour said police would allege the man sat in his car and filmed young boys as they got changed on the Gunnamatta back beach.

She said concerned witnesses and victims called the police. "He has been frequenting Point Leo and Gunnamatta and we are looking for other witnesses and victims who may have seen him around beach car parks."

Information can be phoned to Detective Senior Constable Seymour, 5986 0462.
